Hello TotalBond Veterinary Hospital at Bethel clients,
Due to the increase in local COVID-19 cases, we will be returning to curbside service effective immediately. Please remember our ultimate goal is safety while still providing our high medical standard of care for your pet. Below you'll find some helpful tips on our curbside service, as well as our online pharmacy.
Curbside Instructions:
- We ask that clients please remain in their vehicle upon arrival for all scheduled appointments, and with only one owner per pet.
- When arriving for your appointment, please call 803-831-1318. A technician will take a history over the phone and then inform you of the next step in getting your pet into the hospital. All dogs will need to be leashed, and all cats in a secure carrier. Please do not leave the parking lot during your pet's appointment.
- After our doctor has performed an exam, a doctor or technician will call to review and discuss exam findings and we will collect payment over the phone. If you wish to pay with cash or check, please let us know in advance.
- Please call ahead if you need to refill food or prescriptions for your pets. This will allow us time to confirm they are in stock and provide you an approximate pickup time. When you arrive at our hospital, call us from your car. We will collect payment over the phone and bring your prescription or food to your car.
- If you or any family members are showing any symptoms of coronavirus, please stay home and call to reschedule your appointment.
Pet Prescription Instructions:
Don't forget to please call ahead if you need to pick prescriptions for your pets! This will allow us time to make sure they are in stock and give you an appropriate time window for when they are available for pick up. Call immediately when you arrive at our hospital. We will accept payment over the phone and will bring your prescription or food outside to your car.
You may also order your pet's prescription online here.
We understand this is a difficult time, and thank you in advance for being patient with us as we abide by social distancing that will help to keep us all safe. We appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and continued confidence in our practice.
Stay safe,
The Team at TotalBond Veterinary Hospital at Bethel
